Science is hard. Hard to do, hard to understand, and hard to live with. In the case of geology is also physically inflexible. But it also leads to big ideas and new frontiers. The goal of this magazine is to be a place for the sort of creative discussion, story-sharing and idea exploration that’s unfortunately frowned on in the halls of academia. I mean, do the people at UC Davis want to hear your idea about cats living in the center of black holes?
